View Gift Cards¶

This page can be accessed by clicking the View Gift Cards link under the Gift Cards menu in the navbar.

The page can be accessed by only System Admin role users.

The View Gift Cards looks as follows:

The page contains the following elements:

1. A Hide Filters link that will hide the available screen filters
2. From Date and To Date filters to select the gift cards from a date range
3. First 8 Digits Card/Account #(s) — Filter drop-down to enter first 8 digits of card number(s)
4. Last 4 Digits Card/Account #(s) — Filter drop-down to enter last 4 digits of card number(s)
5. Created By Username — drop-down to select username(s)
6. Gift Card Status — Drop-down to select a status of the Gift Card
7. Payment Gateway/Processor — Drop-down to select Payment Processor
8. Merchant Name — Drop-down to select a merchant
9. Reset button to reset the filter to its default value
10. Filter button to filter the on-screen data based on the selected filter value
11. A dropdown to change the number of rows displayed in the table
12. A dynamic search box that will show rows matching the user-entered criteria
13. Table containing all the Gift Cards saved by all users
14. A pager to go between pages in case there are more rows than what will fit on the screen
