Partner Brands¶

This screen allows users to view all available Partner Brands and also create a new Partner Brand or modify the existing one.

The screen can be accessed by clicking the Partner Brands link under the Loyalty Admin in the navbar.

The default screen of Partner brands looks as follows:

After clicked on Show Filters link the screen displays as follows and

The screen contains the following elements:

1. A Hide Filters link that will hide the available screen filters
2. Available filter dropdowns
3. Reset button to reset the filters to its default values
4. Filter button to filter the on-screen data based on the selected filter values
5. A dropdown to change the number of rows displayed in the table
6. A dynamic search box that will show rows matching the user-entered criteria
7. Table containing the information of the available Partner Brands
8. Partner Brand Name — A link that will take the user to Edit Partner Brand screen
9. Action — A dropdown to perform actions on the Partner Brands for each Partner Brand row
10. A pager to go between pages in case there are more rows than what will fit on the screen
11. Add — Button that will allow the user to add/create a new Partner Brand

Clicking on Add button will take the user to Add Partner Brand screen.

Actions¶

The System Admin can perform various actions for an individual Partner Brand by selecting the Action dropdown of that Partner Brand row.

The Action dropdown of a Partner Brand with Active status contains the following elements:

Disable Partner Brand¶

1. Disable — Button to disable Partner Brand
2. Clone Partner Brand — Takes the user to Clone Partner Brand screen to create a new one

By selecting Disable in the Action dropdown System Admin can disable the Partner Brand and a message gets displayed in the Partner Brands screen as follows:

Clone Partner Brand¶

A Partner Brand can be cloned by selecting Clone Partner Brand option from the Action dropdown. This screen allows a user to create a new Partner Brand by cloning the existing one.

The screen looks and behaves very similar to the Add Partner Brand screen with the exception that some fields are auto-filled with the values of the Original Partner Brand.

After filling out the required fields, clicking upon Save, a Partner Brand is created and the user is returned back to the Partner Brands screen with a success message as follows:

Enable Partner Brand¶

The Action Dropdown of a Partner Brand with the status of Disabled contains the following element:

Clicking on Enable in the Action dropdown, a Partner Brand gets enabled and becomes Active and a message is displayed in the Partner Brands screen as follows:
