View Payment Methods

The View Payment Methods screen can be accessed by selecting View Payment Methods link from the Payments menu on the navbar. This screen allows a System Admin or Merchant Admin to view all available saved Payment Methods of the Customer Users.

When clicked on Show Filters link the available filter drop-downs gets displayed and

The screen contains the following elements:

View Payment Methods

  1. A Hide Filters link that will hide the available screen filters
  2. From Date and To Date filter drop-downs to select dates to filter the payment methods
  3. Payment Method — Drop-down to select a Payment Method to filter the screen
  4. First 8 Digits Card/Account #(s) — Field to filter the page with the first 8 digits of Card number.
  5. Last 4 Digits Card/Account #(s) — Field to enter the last 4 digits of the card number to filter the screen, multiple numbers can also be entered separated by a comma
  6. BIN Issuing Country — Drop-down with the list of Country names where the user can filter the page with the Card's Bin Issuing Country.
  7. Created By Username — Drop-down with the list of all usernames
  8. Payment Method Status — Drop-down to filter the screen by the status of the Payment Method, the options include Active, Deleted, Expired, Failed
  9. Payment Gateway/Processor — Drop-down to select and filter by the Paymetn Gateway
  10. Membership Number — Field to enter the membership number.
  11. Transaction Category — Drop-down to select Transaction Category of the token.
  12. Card Network Transaction Id(s) — Field to enter Card Network transaction id of the token.
  13. Reset button to reset the filters to its default values
  14. Filter button to filter the on-screen data based on the selected filter value
  15. A dropdown to change the number of rows displayed in the table
  16. A dynamic search box that will show rows matching the user-entered criteria
  17. Table containing all payment methods saved by the users irrespective of their status whether Active/Deleted/Failed etc.
  18. Payment Method Name — A link that will take the user to the Payment Method Detail screen for the selected payment method
  19. A pager to go between pages in case there are more rows than what will fit on the screen

Note

An additonal Merchant Name filter is available under the Filters if logged in as a System Admin role user.
A Payment Method which is expired is indicated by a red warning icon and with orange icon if the payment is about to expire.
Payment Method Name hyperlink is not applicable for System Admin role users, the link works only for Merchant Admin role users.

Payment Method Detail

Payment Method Detail screen can be accessed by clicking on the hyperlink of the Payment Method Name in View Payment Methods screen.

This screen displays with details of the Selected Payment method.

It contains the following elements:

Payment Method Detail

  1. Print button for the user to print the Payment Method information
  2. Payer Information — Card/account information and the payment method
  3. Billing Information — Billing Information associated with the card/account or user
  4. BIN Information -— BIN Information of the card
  5. Response — Tokenization related information that comes back from the payment gateway
  6. Other Information — Other related information without a specific category
  7. Geolocation Information— Geo location information of the user
  8. View Payment Methods — A link which takes the user back to the View Payment Methods screen.

The Payment Method detail page can be printed by clicking on the Print icon.
